Similar in scope to the Hillcrest Park project, this modest sized, weekend and summer home in Southampton started life as just another nondescript, 1950’s ranch house; however, it was transformed into a lovely and comfortable, shingle style home. Work also included the addition of an aesthetically sympathetic pool house, complete with an entertaining area, bar and guest suite.
