The Feake-Ferris House - ca 1645, with the “new” residential addition at 181 Shore Rd. This project has won awards of distinction from the Greenwich Historical Society and a 2019 HOBI Award. It was also published in the Summer 2020 issue of New England Home. The historic portion is arguably one of the most significant buildings in Greenwich, as it was the house of the town's founder, Elizabeth Winthrop Feake, and dates back to the very beginning of Old Greenwich.‍
