The complete renovation, rebuild and repurposing of the Old Barn - Sue H. Baker Pavilion at Greenwich Point. This is the oldest remaining building at Greenwich Point, dating to 1887. The project was executed in conjunction with the Greenwich Point Conservancy and has received awards from the Greenwich Historical Society.
